Hilary Duff can look good when she wants

When she is not covered in cheesy Home Shopping Network jewelry and spray-painted orange with fake tanner, Hilary Duff can look absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, for us and Hilary, that’s not remotely as often as it should be. This is a rare exception. Enjoy it while it lasts, friends.
